The location was perfect, relatively close to a famous prison. The airport was 30 km away. Reasonably spacious room which had an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioning.

We had a great stay at Memory Premier Hotel & Spa. the staff were kind and always made sure we were comfortable. Despite some language barriers, their intention to be kind was always evident. Phuong Anh, the receptionist, was very accommodating and welcoming. the room, although a bit old, had a soft and comfortable bed and pillows. the location was excellent, although it was noisy at night due to nearby clubs. the management of the hotel was superb, with staff members like Vy going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Cons: Nothing for me. 😊.

The nearest airport was conveniently 5 minutes away by car, making it a breeze for me to catch my flight. I had plenty of time to take in the sights and sounds of the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater, just a hop, skip, and a jump from the property.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and accommodating receptionist, Phuong Anh. She informed me that the hotel had recently reopened a month ago. The room, although old, had a soft and comfortable bed and pillows. Despite a minor issue with the air-conditioner, the staff promptly assisted us in resolving the problem. The location of the hotel was also convenient. I recommend this hotel for its welcoming staff and comfortable accommodations.
